Description

The fume hood is an essential piece of laboratory equipment. It extracts acid vapours, gases harmful to health and the room, odours, intense heat and chemical particles produced during experiments before they spread into the laboratory.

• Body made of 1.2 mm cold-rolled steel sheet.
• The inner sink is made of acid- and alkali-resistant polypropylene.
• The fume hood worktop is made of 12 mm acid- and alkali-resistant compact laminate.
• The cabinet walls are made of enamel-coated steel sheet, making them acid- and alkali-resistant and rust-free.
• Outside the cabinet there is a timer, 220 V socket, water tap, gas tap, spotlight switch and fan switch.
• The cabinet glass opens and closes guillotine-style.
• The cabinet glass is made of special tempered glass.
• Heat-, acid- and alkali-resistant tempered glass is used on the right and left of the cabinet worktop so experiments can be observed more easily.
• Two 2800 rpm, 55 W, 375 m³/h centrifugal (snail-type) fan motors are used for extraction.
• Dimensions are designed for practical use at 90x50x205 cm.
• Can also be made in custom sizes.
